We now have a ladies' group on facebook. If you have a facebook account and want to be a part of our ladies' group, please join GFMC Ladies. This group is about planning and DOing activities, posting comments on the wall, sharing prayer requests within the group etc. Anyone can post a comment or share a picture with us.

The group may or may not be real active but we will strive to be encouraging and uplifting.

Away

I had no intentions of taking so long to get back writing this blog. After writing the last article, we were off to family camp at The Hills. We came home with our missionary friend, Becca Doyle, to our messy home.

Our house has been remodeled this summer...walls freshly painted and new linoleum throughout most of the house. I love the "face lift" and TRULY appreciate the volunteers who have given so much of their talents and time. The mess is slowly getting cleaned up. The disorder has pretty much put my mind in more of a disorder also.

Following the return from camp, Phil was off for 5 days to Chicago. He and Doug Lewis went to the Leadership summit, which I was able to follow in facebook. When they returned, Phil did some more work painting the kitchen ceiling.

Now, we are planning a trip to Torch Lake. We will be celebrating our 22nd anniversary with our boys there beginning August 15 (our anniversary) through August 21.

I miss writing... and will begin again shortly after our vacation.
